HUDSON BABY BOURBON WHISKEY, 375ml Once our local farmers harvest and dry the corn grown for our Baby Bourbon, we grind it, add water and cook the mash for fermenting – creating a round flavor and balanced palate. Baby Bourbon is left to mature in our signature small charred new American oak barrels, giving it a uniquely rich amber color. Small barrels mean more wood contact, which accounts for its rich, oaky, smoky flavor profile. We never charcoal or chill filter our bourbon, giving you a full-flavor experience. You’ll also recognize subtle notes of vanilla and caramel.
FOUR GRAIN BOURBON- (375ml) is the first pot-distilled whiskey to be produced in New York’s Hudson Valley since Prohibition. It’s all about good grains. The soft, balanced richness of corn. The sharp, peppery notes of rye. The smooth subtlety of wheat. And the sweetness of malted barley. All working in perfect harmony for a rich, full-flavored spirit.
MAPLE CASK RYE- 375 ml. 46% alc/vol. Pot-Distilled from rye grain aged under four years in oak. Year 2014. Has been double distilled.
SINGLE MALT-375 ml. 46% alc/vol. Made with 100% Malted Barley Aged under 4 years in oak. Year 2014. Batch 2. Bottle 758. Best appreciated with a splash of water.
